Unlike most markets where Stripe is unavailable, Egypt combines that with open US banking — Egypt is absent from Mercury's prohibited list — and no restriction on investing abroad. The payment gap is the constraint; the rest of the path is comparatively clear.
Worth knowing before you buy
If your customers are Egyptian, Paymob or Kashier are likely the right answer and a US LLC is unnecessary overhead. The case for the LLC is specifically international: customers abroad, dollar-denominated revenue, and a product needing Stripe's billing tooling.
