Which US banks actually accept Bangladeshi founders?
Mercury lists Bangladesh among the countries it will not open accounts for. Plenty of formation sites — including, until recently, this one — said otherwise. Here is the corrected position.

We had this wrong, and fixed it
Until recently this site told Bangladeshi founders they could open a US business account through Mercury or Wise. That was not accurate — Bangladesh is on Mercury's prohibited list. We corrected it because a founder could have paid for a formation expecting banking access they cannot get. If you read the old version, this page is the correction.

Can I open Mercury with a US LLC?
No, not while resident in Bangladesh. Mercury's restriction is based on where the founder lives, and its page states it cannot open accounts for founders living in the listed countries. Bangladesh is listed. Registering a Wyoming LLC does not change your residence.
What actually works for receiving payments?
Payoneer serves Bangladesh and is the common route for receiving international payments. For collecting card payments from customers on your own site, that is Stripe's role, which the LLC and EIN unlock.
Why did this page change?
Because the earlier version was wrong. It named Mercury as available to Bangladeshi founders, which contradicts Mercury's own published list. We would rather publish a correction than leave an inaccurate claim standing on a page people spend money on.
